Teresa Dillon is the founder and lead director of Polar Produce, a multidisciplinary, collaborative group who work across media arts, research and live performance. Established in 1996, in Glasgow Scotland, since 2005 the company have been based in Bristol and comprise of Teresa, Kathy Hinde, Philip O’Dwyer and Maarten De Laat. Teresa is responsible for initiating and curating OFFLOAD and will be working with the Polar Produce team and partners to produce and organize the event.
Alongside Polar Produce, since 1998, Teresa has worked as a performing artist (Pearson/Brookes et al, Paul+A, BOP), academic (The Open University, Strathclyde University) and researcher/producer (Futurelab, Becta, BBC). She has published on creative collaboration, music technology and designing new media. She continues to work as an independent performer-researcher-designer/producer and lectures at Cambridge University, England on the Arts, Culture and Education, MPhil program.
